Lo & Ting

First of all we would like to thank the Lord for providing the interest free loan through Liberty Trust/ Ark Resources. It has come in the right time when we needed it, having just come back from the mission field, and saving us about $100,000 in interest!Attached is a photo of our family when were on the short term project mission in Yunnan, China last year. From left to right, Vivien, myself, Grace 14, Jinqin 20 and Han 18. Grace in year 9 and Han year 13 at Bethlehem College. Han hopes to go to Auckland next year doing medical science related subjects. Jinqin is attending 2nd year Electrical Engineering at University of Canterbury in Christchurch."The Blessings of the Lord makes one rich and He adds no sorrow to it."Not long after the Lord saved us while we were students in America in 1984, we received teaching on being debt free in life (Financial Freedom Seminar by Institute in Basic Life Principles) and the compelling Scripture is from Proverb 22:7 “The rich rules over the poor, And the borrower is servant/ slave to the lender.” And another which I like most is from 2nd Chronicles 16:9 “The eyes of the Lord run through to and fro throughout the whole earth to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal (some translation use Perfect) towards Him”

And we heard how the Lord provided for His people when they put their trust in Him to provide finances rather then going to the bank to borrow. For example a mortgage loan for $200,000 will see you pay back more than $450,000 in total after 25 years! That is the interest paid is more than the money borrowed and it can be higher if the interest rate remain high.

When we heard about the ministry of Liberty Trust in NZ we were happy to join and encouraged others to participate in this Kingdom principle of being debt free from the worldly financial system (which in the end times shall be under the control of the anti-Christ). Now the loan has come at the appointed time and I believe the Lord knows what we need and when we need them and He has provided in His time.

We would encourage anyone to seek out the financial principles in Scriptures and if he or she has not been tithing to start to do so. We may not understand how we can do that with high tax and low income with the economy in recession, but this is exactly when the Lord will prove Himself strong and provides for us (Jehovah Rohi is my shepherd, I shall not want. Psalm 23:1). For in the Kingdom economy there is no recession. We are to obey first and then we will understand later. And we would encourage everyone to continue with Liberty Trust and telling others to join so they can get out of debt sooner and sow into the Kingdom.

May the Love, Joy and Peace of the Lord continue to be with you all.
