What
happens to your contribution?
Approximately
5% of your contribution is used to administer Liberty Trust, enabling us to send
quarterly newsletters and Biblical financial teaching around New Zealand.
The
other 95% (in this case $102,600) is re-sown back into the interest free
storehouse to help many other NZ households and churches.
It will be lent and re-lent over and over again helping hundreds of others
for decades to come.
Is
it Safe?
Liberty
Trust is an approved
charity and reports to two
local churches.
The Trust’s capital of $5.5 million is invested in mortgages secured over New
Zealand-registered properties. Our trustees are un-paid and our overheads are
minor, enabling your donation to be lent and re-lent interest free to assist
many other New Zealanders* see model.
We have been approved by the Inland Revenue Department in 1989, the Charities
Commission in 2007, and by a registered actuary in 2009 and have over 150 testimonies
from grateful participants on our website. Our financial accounts are audited annually and available
to the public.
As we do not borrow we are more secure than
banks.
